Branicks Group sells SAP Tower to an international investor
German real estate specialist Branicks Group has formalised the sale of the SAP Tower in Eschborn to an international investor through an asset deal.

The closing of the deal is expected in January 2026.
The purchase price remains undisclosed.
Since its completion in May 2018, the SAP building has a gross floor area of 11,780 m2. The property is fully leased to software company SAP, offering 9,100 m2 of rental space and a car park with 302 spaces.
Acquired by Branicks Group in 2020, this modern building complex is located at Frankfurter Straße 1-3 in Eschborn, boasting excellent connectivity to Frankfurt city centre and the Rhine-Main region.
