Brinova welcomes new CEO, Peter Ullmark

Peter Ullmark has taken over as the new CEO of Swedish residential real estate company Brinova Fastigheter.

The Board of Directors previously appointed Ullmark, who now takes the helm to guide the company's future development and growth.

Ullmark, who holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Lund University (LTH), brings a wealth of experience from senior roles within the real estate sector, including positions at Victoriahem, Viktoria Park, and Akelius. He succeeds Per Johansson, who is retiring after a decade as Brinova's CEO.

Per Johansson, former CEO of Brinova, added: “I am proud of the ten years I have served as CEO of Brinova and of the development the company has achieved during this period. I am very pleased to hand over the responsibility to Peter Ullmark, who, with his experience and leadership, is well-positioned to continue driving Brinova forward.”
