Brookfield and Domes have formed a joint venture to expand the Domes Zeen Chania, a luxury resort on the Greek island of Crete.

Brookfield, through one of its private real estate funds, will acquire a majority stake in the resort.
The partnership plans to invest over €40 mln to expand the 105-key beachfront property, which is part of Marriott's Luxury Collection brand and has received numerous awards including the World’s Leading Leisure Resort 2025 in the World Travel Awards.
Brookfield brings extensive experience in the hospitality sector, with a history of investing in and growing various hospitality platforms across Europe, including Center Parcs, edyn, Selenta Group, Experimental Group and Generator Hostels.
