Enreal aims to capitalize on the growing demand for modern, well-located, and energy-efficient properties, while supply remains constrained in urban areas.
Enreal's initial portfolio includes ten properties totaling approximately 20,000 m2 in strategic locations in Stockholm and Uppsala.
The company will prioritize well-located properties, particularly in Stockholm and Uppsala, with good access and ESG improvement potential, integrating innovative energy solutions.
David Hävermark, CIO and partner of Brunswick, said: With Enreal, we see a clear role for us in developing and improving this sought-after segment of the market. During the spring, we built a well-located seed portfolio through several acquisitions, and with a strong pipeline we look forward to continuing to grow the platform”.
Brunswick is a Nordic-based real estate investment manager offering services across various asset classes that focuses on creating sustainable, independent investment platforms tailored to specific strategies. It collaborates with both Nordic and international investors and local partners.
