C&W announces APAC & EMEA leadership appointments

Cushman & Wakefield has announced three key leadership appointments within its newly combined Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business.

James Young

The two regions were brought together in May under Matthew Bouw's leadership. 
These appointments aim to foster innovation, deliver client value, and support overall growth. 
James Young has been promoted to the new role of president – Markets, APAC & EMEA, overseeing key service lines like capital markets, leasing, and valuation across various sectors. 
Tom Gibson is now president – Project & Development Services and Sustainability, APAC & EMEA, focusing on expanding these services and the data center asset class. 
Emma Rossetti's role expands to head of Operations APAC & EMEA, where she will streamline processes and improve efficiency to enable greater client focus and revenue generation.
