C&W appoints head of Sales for UK & Ireland project & development services

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Matt Wilderspin as the new head of Sales for its Project & Development Services (PDS) division in the UK & Ireland.

Wilderspin brings over 30 years of experience in real estate, project, and cost management, having previously held leadership positions at major consultancy firms.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Wilderspin was the Global Go-to-Market leader for Advisory Project Management at CBRE. During his 15 years at CBRE, he also served as head of UK & Ireland Project & Cost Management, and later as head of EMEA Project & Cost Management, managing large international teams and client programs. He also held national leadership roles at BNP Paribas Real Estate and NAI Fuller Peiser.

In his new position, Wilderspin will be responsible for leading sales strategy, client engagement, and pipeline growth for PDS, with a focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle.
