Cushman & Wakefield has named Michael Carson as the new head of Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory (SCLA) for both the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions.

Michael Carson
This expanded role underscores the growing need for comprehensive, globally connected supply chain advice as clients deal with increasingly complex and changing business landscapes.
Carson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 as the SCLA Lead for EMEA. In that role, he used his extensive knowledge in supply chain strategy, resilience, and optimisation to help clients in various sectors improve efficiency, discover new value, and build stronger logistics networks, especially in the face of geopolitical and economic instability.
His new, broader responsibility will help bring consistency, efficiency, and seamless integration to two of the world's most active logistics and industrial markets, providing even greater benefits for Cushman & Wakefield's clients and partners.
Before his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Carson was the Group commercial director at Libra Europe Consulting and the Supply Chain director for the Exteriors division at SIG, a major supplier of insulation and sustainable building products.
Robert Hall, head of Integrated Portfolio Management, GOS APAC at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Michael has an unmatched talent for helping clients understand the business impact of their real estate and how it can unlock margin improvement and drive successful, sustainable operations. Expanding his remit into APAC enhances our ability to support clients navigating complex global supply chain challenges.”
Michael Carson, head of Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory, APAC & EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield, added: "Bringing together our Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory expertise across EMEA and APAC strengthens our ability to deliver joined-up Logistics & Industrial advice at a global scale – a globally aligned approach that is unmatched in the market. This expanded role also reflects the growing demand for integrated, cross-border solutions that connect network strategy, real estate and capital deployment.”
