Cushman & Wakefield has announced key leadership changes in its EMEA region to enhance its real estate services.

Javier Bernades, Patrick Hogan and James Meikle
Javier Bernades is now the head of Offices, EMEA, and will lead the firm's office strategy, drawing on his experience advising developers, occupiers and investors on office assets in Spain.
Patrick Hogan has been promoted to head of Living, EMEA, expanding his role from leading Living Capital Markets and continuing to head the Living business in Ireland, where they've moved into residential leasing and management. He will guide clients through the growing Living and operational real estate sectors.
Finally, James Meikle has been appointed head of Tenant Representation, EMEA. Meikle, who previously led a top tenant representation team in London, will now focus on improving advisory practices and cross-market coordination to provide consistent, strategic support for occupiers across the region.
James Young, president – Markets, APAC & EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “These appointments strengthen our ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality advice to clients across borders and sectors. Javier, Patrick and James each bring deep market expertise, a collaborative approach, and a clear commitment to understanding client needs in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape. Their leadership will help ensure we continue providing the insight, innovation and sector specialisation that our clients expect from Cushman & Wakefield.”
