CA Immo has completed the sale of Kavci Hori Office Park, a 42,300 m2 office building in Prague, to the Conseq group.

Kavci Hori office building
The sale aligns with CA Immo's strategy to streamline its investment portfolio, focusing on modern, high-quality office properties in prime locations.
The Kavci Hori property boasts a 96% occupancy rate, generating approximately €7.7 million in annual gross rental income, and has a weighted average unexpired lease term of nearly four years.
This divestment allows CA Immo to continuously optimise its portfolio's quality and sustainability. Proceeds from the sale will be utilised for general corporate purposes, potential investments in their prime portfolio, debt reduction, share buybacks, or attractive external investment opportunities.
Keegan Viscius, CEO of CA Immo: "Upon achieving nearly full occupancy, our business plan for Kavci Hori is completed. With this sale, we take advantage of market liquidity to free up capital for alternative allocation options, and monetise future profits where only limited further value creation exists under our business model.”
CBRE and Dentons advised CA Immo in this sale process.
As of 30 September 2025, CA Immo's Prague portfolio included six office buildings, encompassing approximately 110,000 m2 of leasable space, with a total book value of around €400 mln. Every building in this portfolio holds a high-level sustainability certification, specifically LEED Platinum, LEED Gold, or DGNB Platinum.
