Nordic private asset manager CapMan Real Estate has acquired a premium residential property in Katajanokka, a highly desirable area in central Helsinki, Finland.

Katajanokka
The modern apartment building, completed in 2017, will be managed under CapMan's Leona residential concept.
The residential asset, located in a historic waterfront district known for its architecture and accessibility to the city centre, boasts modern layouts, quality construction, and attractive communal spaces, including a gym and sauna.
CapMan launched Leona in Finland this spring to offer modern, convenient living and enhanced tenant experiences throughout the Nordic region, using a digital platform to simplify daily life for residents.
CapMan plans to improve the building's energy efficiency to achieve BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification, an energy performance rating of A, and alignment with EU Taxonomy standards.
Joonas Hacklin, investment manager at CapMan Real Estate, commented: “We are glad to acquire this exceptionally well-located asset to our portfolio. The investment is aligned with our targets, and we look forward to further developing the asset through sustainability investments and apartment refurbishments”.
