CapMan Real Estate divests office building to Trifam

Nordic private asset manager CapMan Real Estate has sold the Vreten 17 office building in Västberga, Stockholm, to Trifam Fastighets.

This sale was made on behalf of its CapMan Nordic Real Estate III Fund.

The Vreten 17 property spans approximately 6,550 m2 and is fully leased long-term to Avarn Security, which uses it as its headquarters. Located in Västberga, a well-established office area in southwest Stockholm, the building benefits from excellent transport links.

CapMan originally acquired Vreten 17 as part of a portfolio that also included the adjacent properties Vreten 25 and Vreten 8. After this sale, CapMan will continue to develop and add value to the remaining properties in that portfolio.
