French REIT Gecina has named Caroline Level-Cottard as its new executive director Residential, effective October 1.

She will also become a member of Gecina's Executive Committee.
Level-Cottard joined Gecina in 2021, leading its Investments Department since 2023. During her time there, she was instrumental in €1.3 bn worth of asset sales and acquisitions between 2024 and mid-2025.
Before Gecina, she spent almost a decade at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, holding key positions in investment, asset management, and the development of large-scale projects encompassing offices, retail, and residential.
In her new role, Caroline Level-Cottard will be responsible for Gecina's residential strategy, with a focus on enhancing value and adapting the portfolio to align with energy transition goals and changing urban living trends.
