The Catella Group has announced that Dominik Röhrich will take over as head of Investment Management, effective March 1, 2026.

In this role, he will oversee the company's Investment Management platform, which includes Fund and Asset Management operations across twelve European countries and manages over €14 bn in assets. His main goals will be to promote growth across Europe, improve performance, and build stronger relationships with institutional partners.
Röhrich brings more than twenty years of experience in real estate investment, fund management, and executive leadership. He will succeed Timo Nurminen, who is retiring at the end of the year after 27 years with Catella. Jyrki Konsala has been serving as acting head of Investment Management since March.
As head of Investment Management, Dominik Röhrich will guide Catella’s investment strategies, working with the Fund and Asset Management teams to boost performance, create new investment vehicles, and advance Catella’s strategic objectives. This includes expanding into key markets, strengthening partnerships, and incorporating sustainability and innovation throughout the investment process.
Röhrich has held senior positions at prominent European real asset investment firms, including over 14 years at Patrizia, where he was most recently managing director at Patrizia Real Assets KVG and CIO DACH & head of Fund Management – Core Commercial at Patrizia SE. He also previously worked as Asset & Investment Manager at Catella Real Estate AG KAG.
Upon Röhrich assuming his role, Jyrki Konsala, currently acting head of Investment, will transition to head of Separate Accounts.
