Catella taps Petra Blazkova as head of Research & Strategy

Catella has tapped Petra Blazkova to lead its Research & Strategy division, effective October 1.

In this role, she will be instrumental in guiding Catella's strategic direction through in-depth market analysis and insights. 
Blazkova will collaborate with leadership, investment, and advisory teams to develop the research agenda, promote data-informed decisions, and strengthen Catella's industry leadership. 
Based in Munich, she will oversee the Catella House View, establish a research strategy aligned with the company's goals, and monitor market trends, economic factors, and competitive dynamics across Catella's European operations. 
Blazkova brings over two decades of experience advising real estate investors, most recently as Europe Head of Core and Core-plus Research & Strategy at LaSalle Investment Management, with previous senior roles at Real Capital Analytics, CBRE, and JLL across Asia and Europe.
