Catena appoints Henrik Eskolin as regional manager for Finland

Catena has appointed Henrik Eskolin as its new regional manager for Finland, marking a significant step in the company's expansion into the Finnish market.

Eskolin, who brings extensive experience in real estate investments, transactions, and asset management, will assume his new role in August 2026.

Eskolin possesses a broad range of expertise in deal execution, market analysis, and asset management, with many years of experience in real estate transactions and fund management. Since 2018, he has held senior positions at Fokus Nordic (formerly Aberdeen Standard Investments and DEAS Asset Management), focusing on investments and real estate portfolio development. His prior experience also includes roles at Pareto Securities and CBRE Finland.

Catena officially entered the Finnish market in February 2026 with a major acquisition from Urban Partners, which included seven properties located in Finland. Since then, two additional acquisitions have increased Catena's Finnish portfolio to nine properties, encompassing approximately 217,000 m2 of logistics space. This strategic hire underscores Catena's commitment to further growth and development in the region.
