Located directly opposite the Lloyd’s building and beside Leadenhall Market, the scheme is undergoing a comprehensive upgrade that will deliver more than 43,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace in one of London’s most established office locations. W.RE is overseeing the delivery of the works, targeting EPC A and leading ESG credentials ahead of completion in Q2 2027.
The refurbishment includes a redesigned entrance and reception by Morrow Architects, flexible open‑plan floorplates, three landscaped terrace floors overlooking the City and Lloyd’s, secure cycle storage, showers and fully electric office floors. The building will offer high‑quality workspace with immediate access to the Square Mile’s restaurants, amenities and business community.
CBRE and Newton Perkins will lead the leasing strategy, combining deep market knowledge with extensive relationships across London’s office occupier base.
The appointment follows the joint venture securing a £40.8 million senior debt facility from Fiera Real Estate to support the acquisition and refurbishment of the asset.
Sascha Lewin, CEO of W.RE, said: “10 Lime Street is an exceptional building in one of London’s most established office locations. Through this refurbishment, we are creating a highly sustainable, Grade A workplace that responds directly to what occupiers are looking for today. Appointing CBRE and Newton Perkins is an important milestone as we begin introducing the scheme to the market.”
Colman McCarthy, Partner at SIGNAL, added: “The business plan for 10 Lime Street is progressing well and remains firmly on track for completion in Q2 next year. With demand for best‑in‑class, sustainable office space in the City remaining very strong, the building is exceptionally well positioned to benefit from the continued flight to quality.”
