CBRE IM acquires prime logistics hub in France

CBRE IM, through a sponsored fund, has purchased a 55,270 m2 logistics facility in Lauwin Planque, France.

This modern asset, built in 2017, is fully occupied by Global Logistics Technologies (GLT) and is strategically located in the Lille region, a key distribution hub connecting France, Northern Europe, and the UK. 
Its excellent access to the A21 and A1 highways, along with its energy-efficient features, make it a valuable acquisition that aligns with CBRE IM's sustainability goals.
Lauwin Planque benefits from a substantial catchment area, making it highly attractive for occupiers seeking efficient distribution capabilities.
