CBRE IM restructures EMEA Direct Real Estate leadership

CBRE IM is evolving the leadership model for its EMEA Direct Real Estate business, aiming to further scale its integrated investor-operator platform and enhance market performance.

Under this new structure, Rik Eertink, who has served as president of EMEA Direct Real Estate for the past five years, will now assume the expanded role of president and CIO of EMEA Direct Real Estate. 
He will be supported by four senior leaders—Hannah Marshall, Bas Tiemstra, Jan-Willem Bastijn, and Niels Kokkeel—who will take on broadened responsibilities.
Concurrently, Paul Gibson will be departing the firm to pursue a senior role elsewhere in the European real estate industry.
