The new position is aimed at strengthening ties with logistics tenants and improving their experience within the firm's expanding 8.4 million m2 European logistics portfolio.
In her new capacity, Liliya will be the primary contact for occupiers, focused on enhancing client engagement and delivering value across CBRE IM’s logistics platform. She will implement a data-driven CRM strategy using the firm's international network to anticipate and fulfill the evolving needs of logistics users, ensuring more personalized and effective client interactions.
With 17 years in real estate and logistics, Liliya is recognized for converting data into actionable insights for long-term partnerships and operational efficiency, having previously implemented CRM strategies within data analytics platforms.
Laurie Lagarde, head of EMEA Logistics Operator Division, said: “Liliya’s appointment marks an important step forward in our ongoing journey to enhance our customer-centric approach. In today’s environment, it’s no longer just about the building—it’s about the full-service experience, data-driven insights, and long-term partnerships. Liliya will play a key role in streamlining client communications and delivering tailored solutions through our platform. Her expertise and client-first mindset make her ideally suited for this position.”
Concurrently, Justine Weber-Bret will assume the role of head of Logistics Asset Management for Southern Europe (France, Spain, and Italy) starting in September.
Justine brings 17 years of Pan-European real estate experience, having successfully managed CBRE IM’s logistics transactions and asset management in the Nordics for the past three years. She has relocated to Paris for her new leadership role.
Laurie Lagarde added, “I’m delighted to welcome Justine back to Paris to lead our logistics asset management efforts across France, Italy, and Spain. Her deep understanding of occupier needs and proven ability to drive value for both our operator and investor clients make her an excellent fit for this role.”
