Wilcox will rejoin CBRE IM on 1 November 2026, succeeding Chris Wood as part of a planned succession process.

In her new role, Wilcox will lead CBRE IM’s EMEA Client Solutions officers team, overseeing capital raising, client engagement and strategic growth initiatives across the region. She will work closely with investment teams across real estate and infrastructure to support clients’ evolving objectives and strengthen CBRE IM’s market position in Europe.
Wood, who has spent 20 years in leadership roles within CBRE IM and three decades in the industry, will remain with the firm. He will continue to focus on client engagement and capital raising across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, while supporting key relationships and strategic initiatives.

Wilcox joins from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she served as Managing Director and EMEA head of real estate capital formation. She previously spent nine years at CBRE IM in senior client solutions roles spanning private and public markets, and brings nearly two decades of experience in capital formation and investor engagement across global real assets.

Bernie McNamara, global head of client solutions at CBRE IM, said Wilcox’s deep understanding of the business and the EMEA market will be instrumental in the next phase of growth. He also praised Wood’s leadership in establishing the EMEA Client Solutions Officers team and his continued role in the DACH region.

Wood said the transition comes at the right moment as the market enters a new cycle, allowing him to focus fully on capital raising in the DACH region. He added that leading the EMEA team has been a privilege and highlighted the team’s contribution to clients and the wider business.

Wilcox said she is excited to return to CBRE IM, describing it as a business with a strong culture, outstanding people and a market‑leading real assets platform. She noted that CBRE IM’s programmes across real estate and infrastructure are well positioned to meet investors’ evolving needs and said she looks forward to working with clients and colleagues across the region.
