Real asset manager CenterSquare Investment Management has announced the appointment of Dean Frankel and Robert Holuba as co-CIOs.

Dean Frankel and Robert Holuba
Dean Frankel, who serves as global head of Real Estate Securities, has dedicated nearly three decades of his real estate career to CenterSquare.
Robert Holuba, managing director of Private Equity Real Estate, has been with the firm for 12 of his 19 years in the industry.
This strategic pairing of Frankel's expertise in listed securities and Holuba's private real estate knowledge will broaden oversight, enhance research capabilities, and inform decision-making across market cycles. The appointments are expected to drive the firm's continued growth across its diverse investment strategies, effectively combining public and private sector expertise to meet investor needs.
Previously, CEO E. Todd Briddell held the dual role of CIO and CEO. He will retain his role as CEO.
In addition to their co-CIO duties, Frankel will continue to lead the Listed Securities business, and Holuba will assume oversight of the entirety of CenterSquare's Private Real Estate capabilities.
Todd Briddell commented: “The co-CIO structure brings greater balance, depth and resilience to our investment platform. This shared leadership approach strengthens our ability to innovate, respond swiftly to opportunities, and maintain disciplined risk management—ensuring our clients benefit from a more diversified and durable investment process."
