Real estate group Centralis has secured €175 mln in projects, encompassing over 400 new units, with completion expected by mid-2028.

Germany - Centralis
This follows a successful 2025, during which it acquired five hospitality properties in Germany worth around €175 mln. This brings their portfolio to five completed assets and six ongoing projects, totalling 734 serviced apartment units.
Centralis aims to become Europe's largest serviced apartment portfolio, building a diverse portfolio worth around €500 mln in GDV in major German cities.
The company saw ActivumSG become its majority shareholder in mid-2025 and has strengthened other partnerships, including with construction partner apoprojekt for projects in Nuremberg and Munich. They also work closely with leading hospitality operators like Limehome, BobW, and Stayery, to expand nationwide in Germany and eventually across Europe.
To support its rapid growth, Centralis has also expanded its team, welcoming Torsten Hönisch as head of Development and Jan van Uden as director of Strategy & Asset Management. The company has also moved into new offices in Düsseldorf.
Fabian Vieregge, Co-CEO and co-founder of Centralis, said: “Current growth means we will significantly exceed our ambitious strategic growth target of mid-2025, the date of our partner ActivumSG’s investment. Nevertheless, we intend to continue this growth. Our focus remains on prime locations in major and secondary cities and modern, technology-based operating concepts, as urbanisation and digitalisation are the key drivers of future-proof portfolios.”
Lukas von Lüdinghausen, co-CEO and co-founder of Centralis, added: “To further scale our business and expand our leading market position as a pioneer in the rapidly growing Modern Hospitality / Serviced Apartments segment, we need strong partners. With our network in both the construction and operating industries, we can ensure the highest institutional standards.”
