Swiss real estate company Cham Swiss Properties is moving to gain full ownership of its subsidiary, Bredella Beteiligungen, by acquiring the remaining 30.9% minority stake.

Schaffhauserstrasse, Zürich
This will be achieved through a share swap, where the minority shareholders will receive shares in Cham Swiss Properties. This transaction will give Cham Swiss Properties complete control over Bredella Beteiligungen and, by extension, the Bredella site in Pratteln.
The finalisation of this deal is set for June 2026. This timing aligns with an ordinary capital increase planned by Cham Swiss Properties, approved at their Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2026. As a result, the total number of outstanding registered shares in Cham Swiss Properties will rise by 3.0%, reaching 48,906,622.
Cham Swiss Properties specialises in developing living and working spaces in well-connected central Swiss locations. The company currently manages a real estate portfolio valued at approximately CHF 1.7 bn (€1.6 bn).
Looking ahead, Cham Swiss Properties aims to expand and diversify its high-quality portfolio, projecting an increase to around CHF 3 bn (€2.8 bn) and generating over CHF 100 mln (€94 mln) in annual rental income once current projects are completed.
