Chris Zeuner to join P3 as CIO from September

Veteran real estate investment expert Chris Zeuner will become P3 Logistic Parks' Chief Investment Officer starting September 1, 2025. 

Zeuner, who brings 25+ years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets. 
He most recently served as co-CEO and CIO at 7R, will replace Otis Spencer, who is retiring at the end of 2025 after holding the CIO position since 2018. 
Spencer will remain with P3 to ensure a smooth transition. Zeuner's expertise in European logistics real estate investment and asset management aligns with P3's long-term growth strategy, sustainable development, and customer-focused operations.
This planned succession sees Chris Zeuner taking over as CIO from Otis Spencer, who will retire at the end of 2025 after seven years in the role. Spencer will remain with P3 to facilitate a smooth transition.
