Christoffer Strömbäck appointed new CFO of Castellum
Christoffer Strömbäck has officially been appointed as the new CFO of Swedish property company Castellum.

He joined Castellum in February 2024 and has been serving as acting CFO and acting head of Transactions since November 2025.
CEO Pål Ahlsén commented on the appointment: “Christoffer is hardworking, analytical, highly competent and easy to work with. Christoffer will make an excellent CFO for Castellum.”
Castellum is focused on commercial properties in growth cities, with a property value of SEK 138 bn (€12.03 bn) as of 31 March 2026.
