Cibus acquires 11 properties across four countries for €42m

Swedish retail real estate company Cibus has completed five separate transactions, acquiring 11 properties across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Belgium for a total of €41.9 mln.

These properties generate an annual rental income of €2.74 mln, primarily under double-net lease structures, with a weighted average lease term of 11.6 years.
The portfolio, fully let and spanning 20,500 m2, features strong anchor tenants such as Ahold Delhaize and Jumbo in Belgium, Netto in Denmark, Tokmanni in Finland, and ICA and Axfood in Sweden. Over 90% of the total rental income comes from daily goods tenants.
Transactions in Belgium, Denmark, and Sweden, making up 79% of the total acquisition price, closed in December 2025. The Finnish transaction, representing 21% of the total, is set to close in March 2026 and involves a forward funding agreement for a store to be completed in Q4 2026.

Cibus currently owns more than 660 properties in Europe. The largest tenants are Kesko, Tokmanni, Coop, S Group, Rema 1000, Salling, Lidl, Dagrofa, Jumbo and Carrefour.
