Cibus Nordic Real Estate has appointed Ann-Sofie Lindroth as its new CFO.

She will succeed Pia-Lena Olofsson and is expected to start in July. Pia-Lena will continue in her role until Lindroth takes over.
Ann-Sofie Lindroth brings extensive experience, having served as CFO at Nyfosa since 2018. She holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University's School of Economics and Management. Her professional background also includes a previous role as CFO at Hemfosa Fastigheter and an auditor position at EY Real Estate.
Cibus' CEO Stina Lindh Hök said: "We are very happy to welcome Ann-Sofie Lindroth to Cibus. Ann-Sofie has been CFO of Nyfosa since 2018 and has extensive knowledge and experience in the role. In addition, she is used to managing an acquisition-oriented company with a presence in several countries."
