CityLink appoints Luis Pereira as CEO

HighBrook Investors has named Luis Pereira as the first CEO of its €1.5 billion pan-European logistics company, CityLink.

Pereira brings over 25 years of experience in European retail asset and property management to CityLink, where he will oversee the company's continued expansion and help standardise operations across its different locations.
Formed in 2022 by HighBrook Investors and Proptimize, CityLink has rapidly grown its presence over the past year, expanding from the Netherlands into Germany and Denmark. Its portfolio now includes 138 last-mile logistics warehouses, valued at approximately €1.5 bn. Pereira's leadership is expected to be crucial as CityLink aims to solidify its standing as a key player in high-quality urban European logistics real estate.
Pereira's background includes a long career at Multi Corporation, where he held various senior roles, including European director of Operations and Business Development. His significant experience in the Dutch and German markets will be particularly beneficial as CityLink continues its European growth.

In just three years, CityLink has amassed a portfolio of 138 urban logistics properties across the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark. These assets span a total of 1,240,000 m2 and serve 281 different tenants.
