Clarion Partners appoints new head of EMEA distribution

Real estate investment manager Clarion Partners has appointed Sarah Warmisham as managing director and head of EMEA Distribution.

Based in London, Sarah will be responsible for managing Clarion's client and consultant relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Her role involves delivering investment solutions spanning the real estate risk spectrum in both the U.S. and Europe, with a focus on institutional relationships and an expanding reach into the wealth management sector. 
She will also work to enhance Clarion's European fundraising capabilities to support the company's strategic growth into new markets, real estate sectors, and investor channels within EMEA.
Sarah brings extensive experience in the real estate industry, having previously led capital raising teams at Evercore and Related Fund Management. She also possesses expertise in real estate strategic advisory and mergers and acquisitions, including involvement in significant international transactions.
