Clarion Partners Europe acquires German logistics facility

Clarion Partners Europe has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of a 41,000 m2 logistics facility in Dürrholz, western Germany.

This acquisition, made on behalf of one of its commingled funds, is part of the firm's ongoing investment in the German logistics market, where it has deployed over €890 mln in the last three years.
The facility, built between 2006 and 2019, is fully leased to Best4Tires, a major European B2B tyre distributor, serving as their main German storage and distribution hub under a long-term agreement. The property boasts modern features, including LED lighting, and holds a BREEAM "Very Good" sustainability rating.
Strategically located near Koblenz, the facility offers excellent connectivity to the A3 highway, linking the significant Rhein-Ruhr and Rhine-Main economic regions. Its prime location allows access to a population of 16.4 million within a 90-minute drive, making it ideal for large regional and national distribution operations.
