CLS Holdings appoints Harry Stokes as new CFO

UK commercial property investor CLS Holdings has announced the appointment of Harry Stokes as its new CFO and a director of the company, effective January 5, 2026.

Stokes brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. His most recent role was commercial finance director at SEGRO, a position he held after joining them in 2013 as head of Investor Relations. 
Prior to SEGRO, he was head of the European Real Estate Equity Research team at UBS.
Current CFO, Andrew Kirkman, will depart from the Board on January 5, 2026, but will remain with the company until the end of January 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.
