This transaction was made on behalf of the HEPP 1 Italy A fund, managed by Colliers SGR and fully supported by a Hines Group fund.
The portfolio, sold by the Mazer Fund (managed by Kryalos SGR), consists of five logistics properties strategically located in three key Northwest Italian areas: San Pietro Mosezzo (Novara), Oleggio (Novara), and Orbassano (Turin). These assets are fully leased to prominent logistics tenants and offer excellent accessibility and technical specifications suitable for logistics operations.
Specifically, the portfolio includes three properties in San Pietro Mosezzo (86,000 m2) near Novara and the A4 motorway; the Oleggio property (41,500 m2) near Malpensa Airport; and the Orbassano property (7,500 m2) in the Turin freight terminal, ideal for urban distribution and major transport routes.
Silvia Gandellini, head of Capital Markets Italy at CBRE, stated: "Logistics continues to be one of the most solid and strategic asset classes for investors. In an evolving market, the activity is led by institutional operators capable of leveraging key locations that are most resilient to market cycles."
Vittorino de Stefano, head of Logistics Investment Properties Italy at CBRE, added, "In a highly competitive market, logistics properties like those in this portfolio continue to attract capital thanks to their strategic location, versatile specifications, and solid tenants. A proactive approach and strong relationships have enabled us to generate value for our client."
CBRE advised Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR and Hines on the acquisition
