Colliers has announced the appointment of Charlie Edwards as director, EMEA Capital Markets Industrial & Logistics, based in London.

Charlie Edwards
In his new role, Charlie Edwards will advise investors, developers, and capital partners throughout the EMEA region. His responsibilities will include supporting transactions, developing portfolio strategies, and guiding capital deployment specifically within the industrial and logistics real estate sector.
Edwards brings over 12 years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets from both the UK and European markets. Before joining Colliers, he served as an investment principal at Mirastar, where he played a key role in developing a €2.5 bn industrial and logistics portfolio in collaboration with KKR. His professional background also includes positions at Anglesea Capital, focusing on UK logistics investments with partners like Blackstone and Oaktree, and at GSA GP, where he worked on pan-European PBSA acquisitions and portfolio underwriting.
Edward Plumley, director, EMEA Capital Markets and EMEA co-head Industrial & Logistics Practice, commented: “Charlie’s appointment reflects our continued investment in strengthening our industrial and logistics capital markets platform across EMEA. His experience working with institutional capital and delivering complex cross-border transactions makes him a valuable addition to the team. As investor demand for industrial and logistics assets continues to evolve, Charlie will play an important role in helping our clients execute their strategies across the region.”
