Colliers names Tom Bolland head of Client Experience

Colliers has appointed Tom Bolland as head of Client Experience, Occupier Services EMEA.

Bolland will assume the role on 25 June 2026, based at Colliers’ EMEA headquarters in London, and will join the Occupier Services Executive Leadership team. He will work closely with service line and country leaders to enhance consistency, refine client strategies, and ensure occupiers receive integrated, high-quality outcomes across their portfolios.

Bolland will focus on aligning real estate services with broader business objectives, driving measurable value, and supporting long-term portfolio performance.

Bolland brings extensive international expertise, having previously held senior roles at Colliers in Hong Kong, where he worked with multinational occupiers on complex portfolios and integrated service delivery models. Most recently, he served as head of Occupier Solutions UK at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
