Corem sells 14 properties in Sweden for €101m

Corem Property Group has agreed to sell a portfolio of 14 properties in Gothenburg, Huddinge, Norrköping, and Västerås for an estimated SEK 1.2 bn (€101.4m), matching their book value.

These properties, totaling around 72,100 m2, include office, warehouse, and retail spaces. They generate SEK 111 mln (€10.17 mln) in rental income with an economic occupancy rate of about 92%.
Specifically, the sale includes leaseholds in Gothenburg (Tuve 86:2 and Tynnered 1:15) and properties in Mölndal (Gastuben 3, Hårddisken 3, Kryptongasen 8, Neongasen 2). In Huddinge, Rektangeln 3 at Kungens Kurva is being divested. Norrköping sees the sale of Bronsen 2, Kopparn 10, and Platinan 1 in the Ingelsta industrial area. Finally, in Västerås, Kranlinan 1, Traversföraren 1, Traversföraren 3 in the Erikslund retail area, and Sjöhagen 12 are included.
The transfer of these properties to the buyer, Areim, is scheduled for October 1.
Peeter Kinnunen, head of Transactions at Corem, said: "With this sale, we continue to free up capital and further strengthen the balance sheet."
