Corum acquires office building in Utrecht

Investment firm Corum has purchased the recently renovated Avenue office building in Utrecht, The Netherlands, from CCP 5 LL, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and Nexus Real Estate.

Situated in Utrecht's lively Merwedekanaalzone, the Avenue building provides 16,443 m2 of contemporary office space and 320 parking spots. It's divided into two separate sections. Section A was upgraded in 2018 for ABN AMRO, which occupies over 40% of the building. Section B was fully modernized in 2021. Both sections boast an A++ energy rating.
The building is fully occupied by a variety of tenants, including ABN AMRO, Alpine, and PAQT, all secured with long-term leases. This ensures a consistent income and a strong investment outlook. Its prime location between Utrecht's city centre and the A12 motorway offers excellent access for commuters.
Tristan Capital Partners and Nexus Real Estate acquired Avenue in 2019 from Commerz Real.
