CR Investment Management to sell residential portfolio in Lower Saxony

CR Investment Management (CR) has been appointed to manage the structured sale of a residential real estate portfolio located in Helmstedt, Lower Saxony, Germany.

This portfolio consists of approximately 1,980 residential units across 87 buildings, making it one of the largest contiguous residential holdings in the area. The total lettable residential space is around 116,000 m2. CR's mandate is to strategically sell these properties to institutional and professional investors through a structured process.
The properties are situated in Helmstedt, the district capital, and the town of Schöningen, within the Helmstedt district, which has a combined population of roughly 36,000. Helmstedt itself is located about 36 km east of Braunschweig and 45 km west of Magdeburg, near the border of Saxony-Anhalt.
CR Investment Management will oversee the entire sales process, including preparing all property and portfolio data, engaging with potential investors, and managing a multi-stage bidding process. The sale is specifically targeting institutional investors, family offices, and residential real estate investors, both from Germany and internationally, to complete the transaction as a share deal.
