European industrial and logistics property developer CTP has strengthened its foothold in the Czech Republic by acquiring CTPark Pardubice Rosice.

Pardubice Rosice
The acquisition adds 52,000 m² of production and warehousing space to CTP's portfolio, with 14,739 m² immediately available for lease. Current tenants include 2VV and 4Camping.
The site spans nearly 100,000 m² and includes office space and showroom facilities, making it ideal for a wide range of operations—from light manufacturing to logistics and client-facing activities.
CTPark Pardubice Rosice benefits from its prime location on the edge of Pardubice, near the I/37 expressway and the city centre and in proximity to the international airport and the future D35 motorway, which will connect Pardubice to Olomouc. The region's large population (over 500,000) and the presence of the University of Pardubice ensure access to a skilled workforce.
CTP already operates CTPark Pardubice in the area, and this acquisition further solidifies its presence.
Jakub Kodr, managing director of CTP for the Czech Republic, explained, “Pardubice is a long-established location for high-tech manufacturing and logistics. A number of major companies already operate here, and we believe that the new park in Rosice will further enhance the attractiveness of this region. We have decided to acquire a fully functional site that is ready for immediate use by our clients, thanks to its finished floors, docks, and drive-ins.”
Kristýna Dinebierová, business developer at CTP, added, “We pay attention to sustainability at all our parks. In Rosice, we also plan to install photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the buildings and other elements that reduce energy consumption. The buildings are aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification, which is a standard for us that reflects the demands of our clients and our own responsibility toward the environment.”
