CTP appoints Ivanka Ivanova as managing director for Bulgaria

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties, has appointed Ivanka Ivanova as managing director for Bulgaria, it was announced during EXPO in Munich.

Ivanova will head-up CTP’s growing operations in Bulgaria, where she will be responsible for driving sustainable portfolio growth, enhancing client relationships, and delivering value for all stakeholders. 
Her appointment reflects CTP’s ambition to further develop its network of modern, sustainable CTParks in Bulgaria and support occupiers by delivering and managing Grade A I&L space tailored to their individual business requirements.
Ivanova brings more than 20 years of strategic leadership experience, having served as chief operations officer and board member with Orbico Group. She also led supply chain operations in over 20 markets for the company, spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, and directed HR strategy focused on performance and talent development.
