European industrial and logistics company CTP is committing €100 mln to grow its Austrian presence by 2026.

CTPark Kittsee
This investment reinforces Austria's importance as a business hub and its contribution to regional sustainable development.
The funds will primarily expand four key locations: CTPark St. Pölten North (a new transport hub), CTPark Vienna East (logistics and light industrial space), CTPark Kittsee (cross-border logistics on the border with Slovakia), and CTPark Baden (flexible units near Vienna).
CTP aims to add or upgrade 220,000 m2 of rentable space, much of which is already pre-leased and continues to seek strategic land and property acquisitions.
Romano Tafaj, business developer at CTP in Austria, says: “Austria is a key strategic market for us in the heart of Europe. We see great potential here and are addressing this with long-term investments, smart solutions for our clients, and ESG-compliant building standards. Almost two-thirds of our new contracts across the CTP Network are concluded with existing clients. Not only are we consistently developing our existing parks, we are also constantly evaluating new locations with development potential—especially where we can create long-term economic and sustainable added value.”
CTP’s new parks are built to high sustainability standards (BREEAM Very Good or higher) and include rooftop solar panels for on-site power generation.
As of March 31, 2025, CTP’s portfolio consisted of 13.4 million m2 of gross leasable area spanning ten countries.
