CTP expands in Hungary with 66,000 m2 industrial park in Pécs

Industrial and logistics real estate developer CTP is launching its first project in southern Hungary.

Located in Pécs, the new industrial and logistics park has a total development potential of over 66,000 m2 of gross leasable area (GLA) and will be delivered in phases.

Construction on the 14,200 m2 first phase—a built-to-suit logistics facility already pre-leased to an existing client—is scheduled to begin in Q2 2026, with completion targeted for late Q2 2027.

Situated near the M60 motorway with direct links to Budapest and the Croatian border, the park offers excellent regional connectivity. Pécs provides a robust industrial foundation and a skilled talent pool, backed by the University of Pécs and its 22,000 students.

Designed for logistics, advanced manufacturing, and R&D tenants, the park will adhere to strict sustainability standards; the initial building targets a BREEAM "Excellent" certification and an A+ energy rating using eco-friendly heat pump technology.
