Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Rory Paton, a prominent London office agent, as co-head of City Leasing within its London Offices team.

With over two decades of experience in the central London leasing market, Paton brings a wealth of expertise in advising developers, investors, and occupiers. He currently serves as a senior director and co-head of JLL's City Office Agency Leasing team, having previously spent nearly 14 years specialising in City of London leasing and development consultancy at Knight Frank.
Paton has advised on numerous high-profile office projects across London, including 2 Finsbury Avenue, 1 Appold Street, and 20 Fenchurch Street.
He will join Cushman & Wakefield as an international partner at the end of 2026, where he will co-lead the City Leasing team alongside Andrew Parker.
