Cushman & Wakefield has announced the addition of Richard Pickering and Alvin So to its APAC & EMEA Multi-Markets leadership team to enhance its service delivery to clients across multiple markets.

Richard Pickering has been appointed as the director of Strategic Foresight & Intelligence, APAC & EMEA, while Alvin So will take on the role of head of Strategy & Execution, Multi-Markets, APAC & EMEA.
Pickering will focus on incorporating forward-looking insights into client strategies to help them prepare for and leverage long-term trends, such as the impact of AI on the built environment. He previously served as the head of Innovation, EMEA, and chief strategy officer for the UK & Ireland business, where he was instrumental in integrating data and intelligence tools.
So will be responsible for expanding the Multi-Markets client offering, ensuring consistent delivery, and driving growth. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in strategy and M&A roles within Cushman & Wakefield to his new position.
