Cushman & Wakefield names EMEA Capital Markets sector leads

Cushman & Wakefield has announced two key appointments within its EMEA Capital Markets team to bolster its specialised sector advice for investor clients.

Alson Cardiff

Jeff Allson and  Reno Cardiff

Jeff Alson, an International Partner with a decade at the firm, is now the head of EMEA Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets. With over twenty years of experience, Alson has strong connections with major institutional investors and has advised on prominent logistics and industrial deals across Europe. He will continue his role as head of Capital Markets in Central & Eastern Europe alongside his new EMEA responsibilities.
Reno Cardiff has been appointed head of EMEA Office Capital Markets, bringing 30 years of experience to the role. He specialises in guiding clients through complex office investments, deal structures, and asset repurposing. Cardiff will maintain his leadership position within the firm's Spanish Capital Markets business in addition to his new EMEA duties.
Both Alson and Cardiff will collaborate closely with Cushman & Wakefield's existing EMEA sector leads, Tim Crighton (Logistics & Industrial) and Javier Bernardes (Offices), to ensure a cohesive approach that integrates capital markets and occupier insights.
James Chapman, head of EMEA Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “In recent years, the connectivity across our global capital markets platform has been transformed. These new roles continue that process and further enhance our ability to deliver exceptional advice and execution. Jeff and Reno’s track records, specialist sector knowledge and institutional relationships are outstanding and will be a significant benefit to our regional clients at a point when capital is back across the board from opportunistic to core.”
