Daniel Orczyk joins Avison Young Poland as senior project manager

Daniel Orczyk has joined Avison Young's Technical Advisory department in Poland as a senior project manager.

A licensed structural engineer and building site manager, Daniel brings over 20 years of international experience from projects in Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.
He possesses extensive knowledge of various industry standards (FM Global, VdS, NFPA), property management, building installations, and complex administrative and permitting processes. Daniel specialises in project management, technical supervision, technical due diligence, and structural design for commercial real estate and data centres.
His portfolio spans retail, residential, industrial, pharmaceutical, food, and data centre sectors. Before Avison Young, Daniel held positions at prominent firms like HaskoningDHV, Arcadis, WSP Polska, and Arup.
He joins the Technical Advisory and Project Management Department, led by Tomasz Daniecki, a team of experienced engineers offering services such as project monitoring, project management, and technical due diligence across all commercial real estate segments.
