Deka Immobilien acquires German logistics hub for €40m

Deka Immobilien has expanded its KVMS-Domus Fund (AIF) portfolio by acquiring a new, state-of-the-art logistics facility in Ingolstadt for €40.5 mln.

Completed in June 2025, the property at Bunsenstraße 9 serves as a key hub for an international logistics company within its European network. It features both a cross-dock and a warehouse building, offering a total lettable area of around 15,886 m2.
The facility is highly equipped with 76 loading bays, storage for approximately 17,000 pallets, and about 1,500 m2 of office and staff space. The tenant has the option to install photovoltaic systems on the roofs, with one already in place. The building is designed to achieve DGNB Gold certification and incorporates advanced automation technology to speed up handling processes.
Strategically located near the A9 motorway, the logistics centre boasts excellent transport connections to major cities like Munich and Nuremberg, as well as Munich Airport.
