Deka Immobilien divests two logistics assets in Paris

Real estate investment manager Deka Immobilien has divested two Paris-area logistics properties to an institutional investor for an undisclosed sum.

The sale includes a 28,000+ m² facility in Saint Witz, fully leased to Global Services Automotive and held for ten years. The asset, located near Charles de Gaulle Airport, 35 km northeast of Paris, was built in 2002.
A two-hall logistics property (Halls A & B) totaling over 40,000 m², located about 30 km south of Paris, has been sold after nearly 15 years. Constructed in 2003 and 2004, the property is fully occupied, with Hall A leased to La Poste and Hall B to Portmann Logistics. The buildings have BREEAM sustainability certification.
Both properties have ample parking, are conveniently located near Paris, and hold BREEAM sustainability certifications.
The sale of these properties, nearing the end of their initial lease cycles due to their age and remaining lease terms, allows the special fund's management to capitalize on a profitable market opportunity and optimize its portfolio.
