Deka Immobilien has purchased a prestigious office building at 10 Avenue Hoche in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement for €100 mln.

10 Avenue Hoche, Paris
This acquisition, for their Deka-ImmobilienEuropa fund, involves a completely leased property from an institutional investor.
The elegant, seven-story Haussmann-style building, originally built in the 19th century, was fully renovated in 2017. It blends classic Parisian architecture with modern office features, offering about 4,495 m2 of premium workspace, a grand entrance, and amenities like a lounge, wellness facilities, and dining areas.
Located near the Arc de Triomphe, Parc Monceau, and the Champs-Élysées, the property is easily accessible via the Ternes and Courcelles metro stations, and the Charles de Gaulle–Étoile transport hub.
The entire building is leased to the international law firm Mayer | Brown, with a recently renewed nine-year lease, ensuring stable long-term income.
The property is highly sustainable, boasting BREEAM In-Use Excellent and HQE Excellent certifications, an energy performance rating of class C, and electric vehicle charging points. It already meets French energy efficiency standards and is connected to the district cooling network.
This acquisition adds a modern, sustainably certified office building in a prime Parisian location with secure long-term income to Deka-ImmobilienEuropa's portfolio.
Deka Immobilien was advised by CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, ATTAL et Associés Notaires, Amexia Conseil, and FIDAL Avocats.
