Deka Immobilien has sold the Business Center Muthgasse office complex in Vienna as part of the optimisation strategy of its open-ended real estate fund, Deka-ImmobilienEuropa.

Business Center Muthgasse
The buyer is indirectly owned by Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich (‘RLB OÖ’) and Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien (‘RHO NÖ-W’).
The purchase price for the property, which Deka Immobilien acquired in 2002, was not disclosed.
The six-story building, located at Mooslackengasse 23–25 / Nussdorfer Lände 23 in Vienna's 19th district, Döbling, comprises three interconnected sections and offers approximately 23,000 m2 of leasable space and 227 parking spaces. Amenities include a canteen and a cafeteria.
The location in the Vienna North submarket offers excellent connections to both public and private transportation.
In April, the European Commission approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of joint control of Business Center Muthgasse by RHO NÖ-W and RLB OÖ, all of Austria.
The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns, given the companies’ limited combined market position and the companies’ limited market positions resulting from the proposed transaction.
