Dempsey to spearhead infrastructure capital raising at CBRE IM

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has appointed Nicholas Dempsey as senior director and infrastructure specialist in its Client Solutions team.

Based in London, Dempsey will spearhead capital raising for CBRE IM’s infrastructure investment programs throughout EMEA. 
He will collaborate with investment teams and Client Solutions Officers to provide institutional clients with customized solutions for investing in infrastructure assets, particularly those supporting the decarbonization of the built environment and the transition to a sustainable economy.
Dempsey brings over 11 years of experience in real assets capital formation and investor relations to CBRE IM. He previously held a senior position at Infracapital within the Capital Formation & IR team, focusing on fundraising and client engagement across the UK, Europe, and Asia. Before that, he held similar roles at AMP Capital, where he helped raise over US$1.5 bn (€1.3 bn) in infrastructure equity and debt strategies, and at BlackRock Real Assets.
